- Tier I – OMR Sheet-Based Test (50 Marks)
- Tier II Written Test (50 Marks) as per details given below.
- OMR Sheet Based Test (Tier I) will be of 50 Multiple choice objective type questions with 10 questions on General Knowledge/Current Affairs, 10 on I.T. Knowledge, 15 on IQ / Reasoning, 10 on Numerical Ability, and 5 on Ethics. Each question will carry one mark for every correct answer and a negative mark of 0.25 for every wrong answer. Written Test (Tier II) shall be subjective and shall include questions on:
- Language Essay – 30 marks (English, Hindi, Punjabi)
- Language Skills (English) – 20 Marks
- The minimum qualifying cut off Marks in the Tier-I Test for each Category shall be as follows:-
(a) General Candidate 50%
(b) SC Candidate 40%
(c) OBC Candidate 40%
(d) Ex-Servicemen Candidates 40% - Driving Skills:
Possession of a valid driving license to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheel vehicles is mandatory for male candidates of all categories as on the date of submission of online application. - Computer Skills:
