- Candidates should possess the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of any University established by law in India and recognized as such under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- Every candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Hindi language written in Devanagari script and Rajasthani dialects and social customs.
Note: Candidates who are in their final year or semester of Bachelor of Law (Vocational) can also apply for this post. However, the applicant must attain the required educational qualification before the main written examination. Proof of the same must be submitted in the office of the Registrar (Examination), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur within 7 days of the main written examination.
Age Limit

Selection Process
The selection process for the post of Civil Judge consists of three stages i.e. Preliminary Examination and Main Examination and Interview Exam. The prelims exam is a screening test, marks obtained in prelims will not be counted for determining final merit. Candidates who cleared the mains exam will be called to appear for the interview exam.
