The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently published the Joint CSIR UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2024 notification on 1 May 2024. The CSIR UGC NET exam will be held on 25, 26, and 27 June 2024 in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The Joint CSIR UGC NET Examination is conducted to determine the eligibility for the award of a Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor and Admission to Ph.D. in Indian Universities.

The candidates appearing in the Master’s degree final year are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit: CSIR-UGC NET June 2024
- The age limit for the JRF is a maximum of 30 Years as on 1 June 2024.
- The age relexation of 5 years will be given to the OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, Third Gender catetorires and women candidates.
There is no age limit for the Assistant Professor and Admission to Ph.D.
